Another kitten visits the library

Nathaneal and Philip brought their new kitten Peperuka ("Ruka" for short) to visit the library today. He checked out the place both upstairs and down and seemed to think it is a pretty nice library. He chased the feather toy and made us laugh with his kitten antics.

As the maternal grandparents of Philip and Nathanael, we are delighted to see that they brought Peperuka to the Freedom Library. We're also pleased that the kitten carries on our family tradition of naming pets in the Swahili language of East Africa. Peperuka means "to soar up" or "to jump high." This seems to be an appropriate name for "Ruka."

cute cat! I'm Philip and Nathanael's cousin, and am glad they have some little kitty feet around their house again. Welcome Ruka!
